Follow new updates and improvements to Beam Dynamics.

Licenses (BETA): A new module allowing users to track Licenses, their renewal, and asset relationships.

Last Activity: A new default field is now available across Assets, Tickets, Reservations, Companies, Bulk Items, and Maintenance, making it easier to identify recently updated records.
Ticket Quick Actions: Quick Actions now support updating Priority and Company directly from the ticket list for faster ticket management.
Status Change Notes: Status change notes are now cleared after use, preventing previous notes from being unintentionally reused.
Bulk Items: Minimum Stock, Maximum Stock, and Re-stock Quantity can now be added as table columns for improved inventory visibility.

Fixed an issue where users could select an asset status that was already applied, resulting in no action.
Fixed an issue where adding a company contact displayed duplicate processing messages.
Fixed an issue where asset warranty information appeared out of order in Inventory views.
Fixed an issue where barcodes from decommissioned assets could not be reused.
Fixed an issue where reservation dialog asset sorting did not correctly sort by check status and model.
Fixed an issue where editing a unique field without changing its value incorrectly triggered a uniqueness validation error.

Companies, Ticket/Reservation Relationships and more

Companies (New Module): Beam now supports the ability to create Companies, which can be added as Clients to Reservations.
Ticket and Reservation Relationships: It is now possible to relate a Ticket to a Reservation (or vice-versa)

Removed Number Masks (i.e, 1,000) from Barcode fields of type Number
Improved Performance when filtering on Inventory
Improved Partial search results across all modules
Improved Entity Management by preventing duplicated field names across Asset Custom Fields, Tag, and Location Categories

Fixed an issue where sub-locations were not displaying properly in Reservations

First Login Tutorial: When users first log in to Beam, they will be greeted with a quick tutorial on Inventory Column Configuration, Quick Actions, and Filtering — including those who have already logged in before this release.
Maintenance (New Module, Beta): A module dedicated to preventive maintenance schedules of assets and facilities.
Custom Dashboards: Beam has built an integration with Grafana to deliver custom dashboards.
Vault (New Module): You can now store secrets and relate them to assets in Beam.

Asset History: Related Ticket and Reservation History
Inventory: Filter by Location is now supported
Inventory: Ticket and Reservation Link as a Column in inventory allows you to know what is related to an asset from a glance, hover to see more details
Asset Page: The "Return" button now behaves like a proper back button instead of arbitrarily sending the user to inventory
Reservations: Week view can now display an “unlimited” number of events
R2 Integration: Support pagination when adding products

Tickets: Fixed an issue that prevented title and description from being edited
Date Fields: Fixed an issue where the fields were being set on the day before
Asset Page: Fixed an issue causing events not to be captured in the Asset History
Reservations: Fixed an issue with events not displaying properly on the calendar month view
Reservations: Fixed an issue with the destination/location dropdown for Firefox users
Reservations: Fixed an issue where the barcode field supported on the asset section wasn’t labeled as the custom field
Import: Fixed an issue with the importer column mapping validation for capitalized columns
User Management: Fixed an issue where changes to a user group configuration were not being saved
Documents: Fixed an issue where documents added from import were still visible after deleting the import
Account Creation: Fixed an issue where a password validation was causing an error instead of displaying a helpful message to the user
