Targeted improvements to Access Attributes, Serial # duplicates and stability fixes

Improvements

• Access Attributes:
  • Now supported when creating assets and other records
  • Now possible under Account Settings to make attributes Required, enforcing their utilization on new records
• Asset Configuration: Serial # can now be configured for avoid duplicates
• Asset Decommissioning: It is now possible to open the page of a decommissioned asset

Bug Fixes

• Can't click the Set status button in inventory's quick actions
• Issue with Location Assignment during Quick Add Import
• Issue with updating the value of a custom field from a cloned reservation
