General Improvements to Reservations and Asset Decommissioning

Reservation: The calendar grouped by views now shows all items in consistent alphabetical sort order regardless of what groups have reservations on the period or not
Inventory: Added Filtering by Decommissioned Assets
Tickets: Added the ability to set asset as decommissioned from Primary Asset
Tickets: Improved the creation of tickets when adding tickets as requirements
Once decommissioned we no longer redirect away from the page when assets/bulk items are decommissioned

Fixed an issue when editing a ticket comment
Fixed an issue adding to stock Not Visible in Ticket History
Fixed an issue where setting an asset as decommissioned from a ticket didn’t result in history
Fixed an issue with Bulk Items where stocking getting to 0, does not update the status to 'Out of stock'
Fixed an issue with the “Show More” dialog in the reservation calendar not supporting scroll
Fixed an issue with the support for the “Is List” operator if a barcode had the field type “number”
Fixed an issue preventing the Person list from being saved on Reservations
Fixed an issue with Asset status email notification where the status shows 'None'
Fixed an issue when performing a Quick Add for an asset in the Import Module
